the Bear SG nope.. i kena go.. she's going to suddenly have something to do on thursday and i go representing the department or something
Wanda SG I see, where's Garibaldi? WHat pasta did you have? Hope it's nicer than Prego's. Lately, I like Ichiban Sushi's variety....so may go there. Any excuse to eat!
choco B SG Purvis street. Good stuff. I had spinach noodles in duck stew. http://www.garibaldi.com.sg/g.htm Prego is abit overrated IMO I think the last time we were there the sauces were too rich and overwhelming. The lasagne tasted abit over-night.
stellazio SG ya, maybe thats why u can't appreciate rikku so much. cuz too young! ahh, anyway not a fair comparison, cause they didn't bring the rest of em to the big screens.
Wanda SG Thanks for the link. Oh my! Didn't expect that from Prego's. I agree it's overrated..maybe bec they were like one of the few pasta restaurants around in the old days. Anyway, I haven't been there for ages as SO prefers to eat Asian food. Any more cook-up-a-storm sessions at home?
stellazio SG yep prego is overrated. went there, their pasta is overwhelming, makes u eat till u get sick of the pasta.
choco B SG Not really. The last was a cheat lah, slow cooker again Black chicken qing run tang, the herbal ingredients I got from the medical shop pre-pack
Wanda SG Choco...did you see the website for Ricciotti Italian deli and pastry at Robertson Walk (branch of Garibaldi)? The food looks gorgeous! But the place is not very convenient.
choco B SG Haha jelat right. Did they have huge portions too? Garibaldi does the sauces well. Very delicately done.
the Bear SG robertson walk.. hmm.. wanna go there and eat before going to the wine place which chief organised?
choco B SG I've seen it Never been though. Robertson Walk has quite a few atas patisserie shops. No longer that inconvenient, you can walk from Clark Quay MRT? (OK it's not a short walk )
Wanda SG Sorry, it shd be riverwalk at Circular Rd...is there near robertson walk? Yeah...let's go eat there.
